The management staff is the best. Had a few thing in the apt that needed repair, they got it all done asap! They are attentive and professional. The location is perfect for all the downtown fun and yet homey in a residential area. We have found home.

I toured here and Ariel was excellent to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend leasing here or at least booking a tour with Ariel! Nice complex & good staff.

Amazing Staff at this beautiful space! Ariel, Lorenzo and Sahara have been the best throughout the entire time. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and kindness they have shown us. We highly recommend Moderna Observatory Park! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I love living here and all the staff is super helpful and amazing. Ariel helped me a lot through the entire living process with a lot of my questions and is always super friendly and helpful

Ariel is so enthusiastic! She instructs me to move in in each step. I felt back home with her passion. I very recommend her to be your leasing consultant when you move in!

I lived in Modera the last three years and just moved out. I LOVED living here! Wanted to post a note to shout out Ariel, she was AMAZING. Always helping me when I needed, extremely caring, and so much more. She goes above and beyond for the residents, extremely personable, remembering residents names and things about them. Also shout out to the maintenance team, always quick work and good communication. :) I’ll miss it there.
