Beautiful complex with great apartments. I would consider Modera a luxury apartment complex. The appliances, kitchens and bathrooms are completely updated! The amenities are state of the art. Very friendly neighbors in a beautiful safe neighborhood! Maintenance calls are taken care of promptly! Evelyn, and the entire leasing staff are super kind and helpful! They made my move in experience very streamlined and stress free! I want to live here forever haha. God willing!

Love everything about the apartment complex in the recent months! The new leasing agent, Alexis, has been extremely understanding and nice. Shes been more knowledgeable with answering any questions. Met with Evelyn who is managing the office and seems more organized than past management. Feels like issues get resolved quicker and ongoing issues from past management have been getting fixed with the new management. The handyman have been quick to respond and their work has been quick to resolve. Dont need to worry about it taking all day which is appreciated. Not really one to write reviews but felt that this apartment complex has made a complete 180.

So far my experience with modera has been a great one! I have been very impressed with all their amenities and their customer service. They have been extremely speedy with the maintenance requests and the common areas are always well kept. I like that they have community events, Iâve gotten the chance to meet a few of my neighbors there. Coming from a pretty unsafe apt complex, I love walking my dog around Modera. Thereâs always students around walking their dogs and itâs quite lively at night but not enough to disturb anyone. I really recommend checking this place out, I love the apartment layout and how big the balconies are. Really thankful for the two floor gym, and how much equipment they have in there.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience living at Modera Observatory Park for about a year and a half. Ariel and the MOP team are all incredibly welcoming and always happy to assist and answer any questions. This made for a very smooth living experience with an easy move-in/move-out. The common areas are well-maintained with great amenities and maintenance was always prompt in responding to requests. Great place in a great neighborhood. I highly recommend MOP!

Great place to live! The walls are insulated well so you donât hear neighbors very well. They keep the place picked up and cleaned consistently. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. The staff are all kind and communicate very well. Lorenzo, Sahara and Ariel are awesome to work with and quick to address any concerns or answer any questions. Easy 5 stars

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff are responsive and friendly. The building is very well-maintained. The amenities are great. The location is perfect for access to the freeway and beautiful walking neighborhoods and easy shopping. Lots of diverse restaurants all around. Any questions or concerns or addressed very promptly.

I am LOVING living at Modera Observatory Park. Itâs like a resort stay every day, which is just what I wanted. The leasing and maintenance staff are wonderful! Lorenzo, Sahara and Ariel are key to the premium atmosphere. The maintenance staff do a wonderful job of keeping the buildings a nice place to live. Neighborhood amenities are also very good. My part of the building is quiet, the tenants are friendly without being intrusive, and I love the club rooms. Highly recommend!

Ariel was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional during my move-in process. Since then herself, as well as the rest of the Modera team, have been very punctual with my renting needs. This has been a complete opposite experience of my last rental team. Thank you, everyone, very much! Edit; 4/15/23 After living here for 6 months, it has come to my attention that the maintenance crew is by far the best I've ever had over 14 years of leasing in Colorado. Please thank them if you get the chance! Edit: 4/22/23 I continue to feel the utmost gratitude for Ariel being part of my leasing experience. She is always so sincerely kind, displays professionalism, and is EXTREMELY helpful with my needs. The residents and Modera team are so lucky to have her!
