Great place, the whole staff is very caring. Ariel has been awesome during every step of the move-in process and beyond. She is quick to help when you need it and goes out of her way to make sure you’re taken care of. The complex is well maintained and kept clean. Very impressed with my experience here so far👍 -Antoine

I had a personal issue with my apartment key and the staff of the apartment complex helped me within minutes. The apartment complex is very helpful and quick. I highly recommend this apartment complex due to their service, friendly staff, and location.

I am LOVING living at Modera Observatory Park. It’s like a resort stay every day, which is just what I wanted. The leasing and maintenance staff are wonderful! Lorenzo, Sahara and Ariel are key to the premium atmosphere. The maintenance staff do a wonderful job of keeping the buildings a nice place to live. Neighborhood amenities are also very good. My part of the building is quiet, the tenants are friendly without being intrusive, and I love the club rooms. Highly recommend!

Ariel has been so helpful! Both through the leasing process and helping me with my move! She’s always willing to help and can solve just about any problem I can find. Very knowledgeable and attentive!

The management staff is the best. Had a few thing in the apt that needed repair, they got it all done asap! They are attentive and professional. The location is perfect for all the downtown fun and yet homey in a residential area. We have found home.

I toured here and Ariel was excellent to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend leasing here or at least booking a tour with Ariel! Nice complex & good staff.

Amazing Staff at this beautiful space! Ariel, Lorenzo and Sahara have been the best throughout the entire time. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and kindness they have shown us. We highly recommend Moderna Observatory Park! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
