So far my experience with modera has been a great one! I have been very impressed with all their amenities and their customer service. They have been extremely speedy with the maintenance requests and the common areas are always well kept. I like that they have community events, I’ve gotten the chance to meet a few of my neighbors there. Coming from a pretty unsafe apt complex, I love walking my dog around Modera. There’s always students around walking their dogs and it’s quite lively at night but not enough to disturb anyone. I really recommend checking this place out, I love the apartment layout and how big the balconies are. Really thankful for the two floor gym, and how much equipment they have in there.

The location of this community is perfect! Everyone on the staff is very kind and incredibly helpful but the best part is the view of the mountains from the pool deck!

Modera’s location to DU is perfect for students. The complex is kept very clean, has great amenities and the staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Ariel was very helpful when choosing this apartment! She showed us multiple floor plans and answered all of our questions! She has also been super helpful since moving in. Any problems that have arise she has worked quickly to help us fix. She is the best! Highly recommend this apartment (it is clean, maintenance is speedy, and staff is helpful).

I couldn't have asked for a better experience living at Modera Observatory Park for about a year and a half. Ariel and the MOP team are all incredibly welcoming and always happy to assist and answer any questions. This made for a very smooth living experience with an easy move-in/move-out. The common areas are well-maintained with great amenities and maintenance was always prompt in responding to requests. Great place in a great neighborhood. I highly recommend MOP!

Great place to live! The walls are insulated well so you don’t hear neighbors very well. They keep the place picked up and cleaned consistently. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. The staff are all kind and communicate very well. Lorenzo, Sahara and Ariel are awesome to work with and quick to address any concerns or answer any questions. Easy 5 stars

I love it here it's quiet and peaceful. Everyone is nice and friendly. Maintenance team is the best whenever I have a problem they're right on it and really appreciate that. Thanks to you all great team work. I love how you all work together great communication to each other to get the job done👍🏾
