Living at Modera Observatory Park has been great so far. Evelyn and Alexis are seriously the best - they’re so friendly, on top of everything, and make sure all my questions or requests get handled so fast. They’ve really created a vibe where I feel taken care of, which I love. It’s been such a great experience living here, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Love everything about the apartment complex in the recent months! The new leasing agent, Alexis, has been extremely understanding and nice. Shes been more knowledgeable with answering any questions. Met with Evelyn who is managing the office and seems more organized than past management. Feels like issues get resolved quicker and ongoing issues from past management have been getting fixed with the new management. The handyman have been quick to respond and their work has been quick to resolve. Dont need to worry about it taking all day which is appreciated. Not really one to write reviews but felt that this apartment complex has made a complete 180.

I toured this apartment complex with Evelyn and she was fabulous. It’s a great location, and seems like a chill place to live. I didn’t hear any neighbors when I was touring the units. She also mentioned community activities which is so cool! Definitely top of my list.

Good chill place to live and good atmosphere. Love the location since there's a lot to do, and it's not really far from most things we go do. Evelyn, Alexis, and Demarcus are a good team and very prompt when needing their help.
